You make me fell as feel like I'm at home
You made me fell as feel like I'm at home [This is grammatically correct but the meaning may not what you wanted to convey.  The meaning is correct if the person you are talking to is dead.  For example your parting towards to a friend who is lying in the coffin.  If the person is alive, it means that he is no longer making you feel welcome]

You have made me feel like I'm  as at home.

Do you know other ways to express gratitude to a hospital person very hospitable?

There are so many ways.  Here's some.

Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

You are such a darling in making me feel so comfortable.

You are the most gracious host.

Your hospitality is so generous that I don't know what to say.

I cannot express my gratitude.

Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Lara

I believe we would say, "You have made me feel at home". Simply like that. It conveys an appreciation for kind hospitality that allowed you to feel so comfortable it was as if you were in your own home. You could also say, "Thank you for your kind hospitality!" "I felt so comfortable in your home".
