You do not need labels like "workaholic" or "bookworm." The correct version to me, a native speaker, is just "avid reader." If you want to get technical, in response to the -aholic, then yes workaholic would be suitable in that situation.

Many natives use this word often in speech (for example, a teenager says to a buddy "Hey dude, you're like such a workaholic! Why don't you shoot some breeze with me?").
