3.47 am ... Again ! A couple of months ago, there had been a strange event occurred. For about a week and a half, I opened my eyes in the morning and I saw 3.47 am on my phone every single days. It was not 3.46 or 3.48, but exactly 3.47 am. At that time, I didn't really know what was happening but my body just automatically woke me up at the same time. I felt like there was a precise clock running in the background of my brain and was somehow activated. The insomnia is definitely not a thing because it took no time to get my sleep system back in order after those days without an effort. Today ... it comes back to me again and I hope it doesn't last.

3.47 am ... Again !

A couple of months ago, there had been a strange event occurred. For about a week and a half, I opened my eyes in the morning and I saw 3.47 3:47am on my phone every single days. It was not 3.46 3:46 or 3.48 3:48, but exactly 3.47 3:47 am. At that time, I didn't really know what was happening; but my body just automatically woke me up at the same time. I felt like there was a precise alarm clock running in the background of my brain and that was had somehow become activated. The Insomnia is definitely not a thing the cause because it took no time effort to get my sleep system back in order after those days without an effort. Today ... it comes came back to me again and I hope it doesn't last.

Just a couple things: Use a colon (:) not a period when writing the time.

Since the event began and ended, you can use the simple past tense at the beginning as I wrote above ("a strange event occurred"). Later, where I changed "and was somehow activated" to "that had somehow become activated" is where you can use the past perfect because that alarm clock in your mind activating happened before the events in simple past in this narration. The alarm clock in your mind had to activate before you began waking up at 3:47; hence, it "had somehow become activated."

I have a similar problem, and all this week I've been waking up at 2:23. :o Maybe we should do language exchanges at 4am since apparently we're both awake by then. :D

I literally just created this account, it is 3:56am, I just woke up at 3:47am, this has happened multiple times no matter how or when I sleep, and every time it is completely silent(like so silent it hurts your ears almost) for at least 3-5mins. I’m not quite sure what’s happening.

It IS!!, my friend told me that my story reminds him a little bit of the movie Groundhog Day, where Bill Murray’s character is awakened every morning by the alarm at 6:00 a.m.
