An imaginary discussion Regarding our phone conversation of the 1st July, I must say that whatever the reason for your decision, It seems to me somewhat out of place. It’s true I’ve arrived late every other day, but I’ve never been on a sick-leave and I’ve never enjoyed a long weekend, all this in spite of the fact that, working overtime, has always been a company politic. But now let’s talk about you. When was the last time you give me a lift?. I always have to come back by foot , meanwhile you returned by car, which implied to walk two hours on average each day. And, what about the Christmast’s presents? How about remembering occasionally about your employees? Judging by you, my mistakes were always inexcusable, while yours didn’t. It follows from this that you’re a person that much within the Anglo-Saxon world would call “jerk”, so that’s why nobody can put up with you/tolerate you. With all due respect, I have to tell you that your predecessor was by far my best boss/manager. At least, you could have the courage to recognise your mistakes. As far as I am corcerned I have accomplished all my duties and as far as I know, nobody has complained. At least you’ll agree that’s true. Perhaps you think that I’ll miss you. No way. Perhaps you believe that I regret for something, on the contrary, I assume all responsability. I don’t care if from now on/and beyond, I’ll no longer work here, It doesn’t matter, I know It’ll be for better, and in the long run/long term, you’ll realize I was right. In conclusion and to summarize, above all so that both of us can take the appropriate accions and as agreed, I’d like to know if you intend apologizing and withdraw the charges, otherwise, I shall be forced to take legal acions for bullying.
