Cell Phone

A couple days ago, I left for work, but after a while, I found that I forgot the most important thing, my smartphone. Luckily, I didn't walk far enough away from my apartment to go back and get it, so I decided to return home or "to head home" to get or "retrieve" my smartphone or "it" to avoid repetition of "my smartphone".
