At night

It's night in at my places. Most people went to sleep. But I'm working right now.I like my job although (usually this word used in the beginning of the sentence) despite it's very hard. I'm a medicine doctor Doctor of Medicine. I am happy when the patients said say "thank you". I will doing a surgeonry (suregeon is a doctor who does surgeries) tomorrow, I must have a get some rest now.
