Would you prefer to live in a traditional house or in a modern apartment building?

There is a wide range of significant number amount possibility to choose a place for living in the modern world. We can live in a traditional house, in condo, in an apartments with roommates, without any roommates, in villa or even on a street like the homeless people. However, if I have to choose between two options, I would prefer to live in a traditional house rather than to live in a modern apartment building for several reasons.

Firstly of all, traditional houses are is more spacious than apartments. I think this is very reasonable in my case as I will have to live with big family including

because I am going to live with big family consisted of my wife, children, parents when they will beome older, and my pets (dog and cat) in the future. Without any doubts, all my family members this significant number of people and pets would have much more comfort in a big house.

Secondly, I am an very independent person and I can't stand any noise even from my neighbors. It is obviously, if I can hear them, they can hear me in an apartment building. Therefore, I will have a lack of privacy, eventually. In addition to that , I am a very loud person. I like loud music and play saxophone, but I do not like to bother my neighbors during the days and nights. Personally speaking, I would like to live in a big house with a huge spacious garden, however it all depends on my future salary. By the way, I will say some words about the garden.
Finally, in addition to vastness and independence, living in a private house with attach garden will allow me to be close to the nature. I really like to walk bare foot on the ground sometimes and can smell the flowers in the garden or even in a small back yard. It will be cool if I can invite my friends to my house and make a party with barbeque, for instance.
In conclusion, based on the argument explored above, I would like to say that living in an traditional house has more benefits than living in the modern apartment building. I think the advantages outweight the disadvantages.
