I wanna speak English more fluently. I've learned English for about 4 monthes. I can read and write well, but I can't speak well. When I can't translate what I want to say into English, its frastrating. The reason I can't do it, that I can't translate words immediately. I have to do practice speaking a lot.

I wanna speak English more fluently.

I've learned English for about 4 months.
I can read and write well, but I can't speak well.
When I can't translate what I want to say into English,
it's frustrating.
Because I can't translate words immediately. ("it" here stands for the concept of translating the words you want to say from Japanese to English, therefore the second half is saying that you can't translate is because you can't translate, which is repeating the first half)

I have to practice speaking English a lot.
