I tried to correct your note(since i'm still studying). Here it is :

みんなさんこにちは ==> みなさんこんにちは : The kanji "皆" is used to say "you all" but is pronounced differently if you use it alone or with "〜さん". In this case, it is "みな". Moreover, you forgot a "ん" in "こんにちは"

みんなさんこにちは。 ==> same

私はジャイデンです。 good

私がオーストラリアからきました。 ==> you don't have to repeat who is doing what you're saying since the context can tell it. So to be more fluent, you can left it out

日本語をべんきょうします。 ==> I don't know if you already saw it but a continuous tense is more appropriate. So "日本語をべんきょうしています" is better. Your sentence is still good.

日本語がじょうずではありまえん。 ==> little mistake : "ません"

まだまだです。 ==> Sorry i don't understand the sentence. I'd be glad if you can tell me what it means

このノートを読んではくれてどうもありがとうございました。 ==> I think you put an extra "は" after "読んで"
