Deutsch macht (/Deutsch, du) machst mich verrückt

Ich bin Ali.
Ich komme aus Ägypten.
Ich lebe in Alexandria.
Ich studiere Ingenieurwesen
Ich lerne Deutsch, denn es ist gut für zu meinen Beruf.
Ich bin nicht sehr gut in Deutsch.
Ich will (/Ich möchte) nach wolle aus Deutschland verfahren.

And I wanted to ask about something that is annoying me, there is alot of small words in German paragraphs like_"na"_or anything my instructor says that it's meaningless.
I can't get it why they put words like this in sentences if it wasn't not useful.
(I can't get it either. What do you mean with "na"? "nach"? "nö"? "Na?"?)
