よろしくおねがいします。→We usually say this in the end.

わたしはマイケルです。→OK

わたしはアメリカからきました。→If you don't live in Japan, it's better for you to say 

わたしはアメリカ人です。 or わたしはアメリカにすんでいます。

にじゆいちさい。 →にじゅういっさいです。
