Describing my flat

I live in a residential area of Ryazan. It is a five-minute walk from the nearest bus station and a short drive from the centre where you can get by bus, car or microbus. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets, but only a few restaurants. I think it is a good idea because the lack of many restaurants makes this area quieter.
My flat is situated on the 4th floor of a block of flats. It has a spacious living room, a bedroom with a large balcony, and a bathroom and a small but nice kitchen. The airy living room has a huge window and it is great because this window makes the room very light during the day.
Near this block of flats, there is a road with quite a lot of traffic. That's why it is very noisy if you open the windows. Also, there is a nice public garden, which is in walking distance from my home. It's a beautiful place for going for a walk. The neighbours are friendly people and many of them have children and pets, but it doesn't bring any inconvenience because most of the pets are cats and that is great as I'm very afraid of dogs. There are almost no scandals and disputes between them.
On the whole, it is a calm, nice place and on a large scale there are more advantages in living there.
