The Freeganism, the evolution of the consumption?

The Freeganism is a new way of life, the freegans are people who want to reduce their environmental footprint and recycle. They are committed to in the sustainable development, for example, they go bin-raiding, they don't buy anything in grocery stores, they scavenge materials from dumpsters and wear old clothes.
The most important thing about  in the freeganism is to oppose consumption in society because, the more the consumption society produces; the more the people waste.
These people became aware of the polluting and the wasting, which stifles the Earth.

Moreover, the word "freegan" is composed of two other words : "free" and "vegan".
Vegans are people who don't eat any animal products like milk, butter and honey.

The Freeganism isn't very well known famous in Europe, but I think it should be more practiced more by people to save the planet from of the waste and polluting.
