Definition of work life balance
Personally, from my perspective, work is not separable from life. Both of them are interconnected, they have an undoubtedly mutual relationship between both terms, just as history has an undeniable close bond with geography. After having read an article by Jim Bird-" Definition of work life balance", I absolutely agree with those views that he had expressed in this article. I firmly believe that work is part of our life, and virtually the barriers between work and life do not exist at all as one has to attain a good and blissful life. To me, I would choose to do what I would like to do, I want to integrate my hobbies into my work. This is because only by this mean I could enjoy every moment in my life and absorb any information from the outside world in a less pressure environment. Hence, right now, since I am fond of studying foreign languages and delve into scientific information, I am trying to read all the information that is necessary for my undergraduate (pharmacy) in my target languages ( French and English). Through this approach, I think I can be embraced with the joys of learning both things at the same time. Therefore, I can save much of time in my daily routine and hence I could spend more time with my family. Most importantly, I have time to reflect on what I have achieved and have learned throughout the days. In conclusion, having a combination of what I enjoy doing and what I cherish is the only way to reach happiness in our life.
