I want to learning English, since my job reason,but my oral English is very bad,I can not understand the foreigner said,maybe only I can understand 30%, that is not enough to communicate,somebody can help me?We can learn together,I can teach you Chinese for free and you can teach me English, on Skype or other software is OK, what do you think? Come here with me!

Difficult would be a better word choice then "very bad"

I want to LEARN English, since for my job reasons, but speaking English is difficult for me. I can not understand what foreigners say to me. I am not sure but i feel like I only understand about 30 percent of what they say. I feel like that is not enough to communicate freely. Can somebody help me? We can learn together! I can teach you Chinese for free and you can teach me English, on skype or any other software. What do you think? Come JOIN me! ( or Come lets learn together!)
