To contact English speakers. There are many smart phone programs, such as Hinative, Tandem, Hellotalk. Even if I installed those app on my android phone. As my experience. For a low level one and beginner. Communication is not good tool to improve language because you still can't understand what you don't understand. better on learning by your own. listening to podcast, reading articles, watching TV series with subtitle.
