Harley: the tenderness of a blind dog that helps sick children
Harley cannot see the faces of children staying at the hospital. However there is no doubt that he perfectly understands these children's situation and tries to bring them peace, joy and love.Harley lost his sight when he was five years old, due to glaucoma. Some months later he had been adapted to his new situation and moved around peacefully. Six years after that, he comes regularly to Shriners Hospital to visit children. The Medical team believes that animal visits (like Harley's) reduce the children's anxiety. The animal visit and the contact with him provokes a positive reaction in sick children and it's very grateful to see how happy children are having Harley with them.
Lidia, this is a beautiful story and very well written. I've made some suggestions to make it sound a little better. "There is no doubt" is a set phrase you can use to say what you meant. Another example might be "There is no doubt that you write well in English!" I changed 'transmit' to 'bring' because transmit seems stiff and formal, though it is not necessarily incorrect. Bring sounds nicer here and conjures up the thought of him bringing gifts. I changed consider to believe though considers still works, it just sounds a little strange. Believe, think, are convinced that - all those are options that could work. Keep writing and nice job!
