Regret
There was a womanish boy in my class when I was a junior high school student, and because of his temperament, he was usually taunted by the other boys. If I walked in on such a situation, I always scolded them, but it was just on occasion. In more time,Sometimes, it occured on when I couldwasn’t able to help / aware it was happening. come aware of. Since In the past two years, I have been stricken with regret after reading an article about the author experiencinged bullying in the school, because I never tried to search ask for help from teachers. but doing something unhelpful.
This affair made me learn the a lesson. is In the course of my rest life, I will never do nothing if I find the see someone being bullied /see bullying bully happens around me.
Affair is a weird one to use. It works but the context is slightly off. You could just say 'this made me learn a lesson' and because you have been talking about an experience, you don't need the clarification.
I notice that there are many victims who choose to commit suicide or do something horrible to society as revenge, and it always causes more misery. I believe, if everyone comes out of their personal bubbles and to contribute in stopping the bullying, the whole world must will be better.
