Monserrat started working as Procurement Analyst but she learned quickly to handle all the responsibilities and got up to speed on tools and skills so she became expert soon on the procurement process. With only one year in the area she was promoted to take a position of a five years’ experience required. During the time we worked together, Monserrat was always very professional and a hard working woman who developed excellent communication skills to negotiate with our business suppliers. She was always a smart and very organized worker and highly self-motivated in her job.
