Between studying, I do physical exercises with a dumbbell for about 10 minutes. The dumbbell is not heavy, weighing about 12 kilograms, and I find it comfortable to train with. Later, Ira went to the store for groceries. On her way, she met our neighbor, an old lady, who told her that she had almost been scammed by fraudsters. They called the police.
