"pocked" is not a word. I think you meant to write "pocket." Here is a correct version: Sorry! I pocket-dialed you." I wouldn't use the perfect tense "I've--dialed" in this sentence. The simple past sounds more natural. Sorry! "I called you by mistake." Again, simple past is better. If you DID use the perfect tense, the sentence would look like this: "I've called you by mistake." (not, by mistakEN)

Pelin I found this on google. You might find it interesting. Butt-dial (Informal•US) verb past tense: butt dialed; past participle: butt dialed inadvertently call (someone) on a mobile phone in one's rear trouser pocket, as a result of pressure being accidentally applied to a button or buttons on the phone.

"Sorry I called you by mistake" is fine. That's not strictly correct grammar, it's short for "[I'm] sorry [that] I called you by mistake." In the United States, we talk about "butt-dialing," but the word "butt" is not polite enough for an apology to a stranger.
