Hello, everyone. Could you help me with this doubt? Why is correct to write and say: I need to improve ON my pronunciation. And not I need to improve IN my pronunciation. Thank you very much!

Actually, it's potentially correct with "in", "on", "upon", or no preposition. The meaning is somewhat different in each case, and the most frequent usage is with no preposition.

on has the the meaning of continuity which in does not have; you say go on meaning continue to work, so improve on means to continue to improve your pronunciation.

Hi Gabrielle, I actually do not use a preposition in this sentence. I say, "I need to improve my pronunciation."
