In Afghanistan, WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok are very popular. People use WhatsApp for messaging and voice calls, Facebook for news and staying connected, and TikTok for short videos and entertainment. These apps are simple, accessible, and help people stay in touch. 3. How to improve sleep quality? Good sleep starts with a good routine. Going to bed at the same time every night, avoiding caffeine late in the day, and reducing screen time before bed can really help. Also, a quiet and dark room makes a big difference. 4. What could we learn from our elders that could not be learned from books? Our elders have lived through difficult times and important moments. They can teach us patience, resilience, family values, and cultural traditions. These are things we can’t truly understand just by reading—they must be felt and experienced through their stories. 5. What is the most pointless rule in your school? One pointless rule I remember was not allowing students to ask questions during class. It discouraged curiosity and made learning harder. I believe students should feel free to ask and explore ideas.
