1. I have arrived at airport.
2. I arrived at airport.
3. I had arrived at airport.
4. I had arrive at airport.

1, 2 and 3 use a correct tense. 4 is incorrect. All of them need 'the' before 'airport'.

As stated, all 4 sentences need the definite article 'the'. The last sentence is incorrect because it needs a verb in the past participle.

1) This means the person arrived recently.
2) This means that the person arrived at a specific time in the past.
This means that the person arrived at the airport before a time in the past.
