Obs: I’m using “unreachable” cause I’m trying to get hold of information but its not available.

I always use “invalid” but I wanna expand my vocabulary and try new words

Unreachable sort of implies it may be valid. It exists somewhere that could not be reached. But I believe actual phone recordings may say "the number could not be reached." They definitely say the number "is not in service."
