#5.맛점 (Mat-jeom) — Delicious lunch
Let’s study 맛점 first. 맛 means ‘taste’ and 점 is for 점심 meaning ‘lunch’, and 맛점 is an abbreviation for 맛있는 점심, or ‘a delicious lunch’. You can add 하세요 [ haseyo ] to be polite or 해 [hae ] between friends at the end (both are suffixes to make a noun a predicate), so 맛점 will be ‘have a delicious lunch’ or ‘have a good lunch’.
저 is for 저녁식사 meaning ‘dinner’ or ‘supper’. 맛저 is an abbreviation for 맛있는 저녁식사 and means ‘have a delicious dinner’ or ‘have a good dinner‘.
