I generally go outside and walk around the street when I want to relax. I was born and raised in the countryside, so I used to walk around. I live in the city; it's a busy and crowded place, but I still like to walk around. If I can find a nice bench, I'd love to sit on it and have a coffee, sometimes read a book and watch around to see what is going on. That's a relaxing moment for me; I feel like I'm stopping my busy thought, and I can get out of time a little.

I generally go outside and walk along the streets when I want to relax. I was born and raised in the countryside, so I used to walk around. I live in the city now and it's a busy and crowded place, but I still like to stroll in the city. If I can find a nice bench, I'd love to sit on it and have a cup of coffee, sometimes read a
book and watch people walking back and forth. That's a relaxing moment for me, I feel like I can clear my mind and have some alone time by myself.

I generally go outside and walk around/along the streets when I want to relax. I was
born and raised in the countryside, so I used to walk around there. Now, I live in the
city. It's a busy and crowded place, but I still like to walk around. If I can find a nice bench, I love to sit down and have a coffee, sometimes read a book, or people watch. That's a relaxing moment for me; I can detach my busy thoughts and unwind.
Hope I understood what you meant in your final sentence.

Great job! If you like walking slowly, you can say "take a stroll". Stroll = to walk somewhere in a slow relaxed way (Oxford dictionary). For example: "I generally go outside and take a stroll..." What do you mean by "get out of time"?
