Today, I woke up late again and still feel sleepy. I think I won't force my self to work right away. I will sleep for 15 minutes before I rise up. I am going to work hard today, instead.

Perfect. "Myself" is one word. "Rise" is better here than "rise up", though the latter is certainly not wrong. "Rise up" is more dramatic than "rise". For example, listen to the song "Summertime" by George Gershwin from "Porgy and Bess" which contains the line "One of these mornings / You're going to RISE UP singing / Then you'll spread your wings / And you'll take the sky". Thank you for not saying "get up". It's always better to avoid "get" when you can find a better word.

Today, I woke up late again and still feel sleepy. I won't force myself to start work right away. Instead I will sleep for 15 minutes before I get up. I am going to work hard today.
