Sleep quality can be improved by doing several things such as doing excercise, having long walk, taking a bath before sleep and so on. Also, there are many things someone needs to avoid before sleep time like caffeine and white screen. These things can make someone have difficulty falling sleep. Having eight hours sleep may help to feel energetic and happy. Another benefits it can boost metabolism which is necessary to stay healthy.
