Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural enough? ▪ I have a different line of thought than those who think that being possessive of loved ones is a toxic trait and reflects a controlling attitude. My question to them is: Could you ever be possessive of someone you don't love, I mean, a complete stranger? The answer is: never. We can only feel possessive of our loved ones; the people we care about the most and expect them to treat us the same way. Therefore, being possessive is a trait that arises from a sense of attachment, expectation, and caring for our loved ones, and there is nothing wrong with that.

I hold a different line of thought from those who believe that being possessive of loved ones is a toxic trait and reflects a controlling attitude. My question to them is this: Could you ever be possessive of someone you don't love, say, a complete stranger? The answer would most likely be 'never.' We tend to feel possessive only for our loved ones; those are the people we care about most and expect reciprocal feelings from. Therefore, being possessive is a trait that stems from a sense of attachment, expectation, and care for our loved ones. There's nothing inherently wrong with that.
Yes, these sentences are grammatically correct and sound quite natural. You have effectively communicated your point of view and posed a rhetorical question to highlight your argument. Just for additional clarity, I have provided some slight revisions above. Good work!
