In my A1-A2 textbook I have found a phrase "Qué os parece?" which means (as I understood it) "What do you (all) think? how does it look to you all?". And "parece" doesn´t have a specific ending for "vosotros". But I looked up "parecer" in SpanishDict and it says that the conjugation is quite regular, with all the endings: me parezco, te pareces, se parece, nos parecemos, os parecéis (!) and se parecen. I´m confused. How should one conjugate the verb "parecer", with or without the endings? What is the differencebetween these two situations? And what's the difference between "parecer" and "parecerse"?

Literally it means “how it seems/appears to you” - so in this sentence, “parece” is conjugating to the third person (= it), rather than the second person
