It is not good weather today in Guangzhou. There has no sunlight. But it doesn’t affect my mood, I will continue to keep smiling for every thing in my life. Life depends on how you view things rather than that of others' opinion. :)

It is not good weather today in Guangzhou. There is no sunlight. But it doesn’t affect my mood. I will continue to keep smiling because everything in my life is good. Life is up to you rather than up to others.

I think the last sentence would sound better as, “Life is what you make of it” but that’s just my thought. Also the first sentence isn’t wrong but I would say, “The weather isn’t very good today in Guangzhou” or “Today’s weather in Guangzhou isn’t very good.” Welcome to Canada!

The weather is not good today in Guangzhou. There is no sunlight. But it doesn’t affect my mood. I will keep smiling in the act of gratitude/to express my gratitude for everything good in my life. It’s completely up to you whether you’re happy or not.

That’s exactly my attitude towards life.
