Ummm , I like to listen to korean because i watch korean dramas ,so i want to learn it
, but i start learn english since i was 7 years old , and until know i'm not so perfect in english . In your opinion should i complete improving my english or start learning korean ?

It depends on how much time you have to spend on this. If you have limited time and want to choose one that is useful, English is the answer. If you want to learn for fun, Korean is a good option. If you have enough time, why not learn both at the same time? :)
