I would love to have a bedtime routine but unfortunately I don't because I'm a police man and my shifts are really complicated. I have day shifts, night shifts after day or night shifts, it is always changing. You can't even imagine how bad it is. After some of my night shifts, I sleep the whole day but when I wake up, I'm asking myself if it is morning or evening time now! Sometimes, after I wake up, I think, ‘have I just got home from work or do I need to go to work?’ Nevertheless it is okay, there is nothing to be done - it is my job and I love it! 😍
