"High up above" / "Down below"
Yesterday I was listening to a Coldplay's song called "Fix you"
While I was listening, I noticed that they say: when high up above or down below~♪
what's the meaning of that? I know the meaning of "High" "up" and "above" but what do they mean together?

Yeah, they are phrases. I think in the song they are referring to emotional states like feeling good or in "high spirits" and feeling bad and "down and out"
