If that is a valid option, put a distance.
Try to think something that show that person's limit, and lower my anger.
Best of all: try to mend the injustice I suffered, but this is rarely an option, because the other person could not agree to my view; use this with caution, it could lead to
even more injustice or feeling of injustice.

Angry is a sign of off-balance (not sure about the correct way) so, when l am angry, l take a breath, and keep distance.

I usually wait a day and calm down before I tell them I am angry and why, or I write an email to them and wait 2 days before I send it.

I will stop to talk with that person until i will calm down a little and i will try to understand what is the problem between us
