"Go to the store and buy milk" : 가게에 가서 우유를 사와
"Go home and rest" : 집에가서 쉬어

"Go" is 가다 , "Do" is 하다 
Go somewhere and do something : ~(somewhere) 에 가서 ~(something)을 해라
In this expression "가다" changes to 가서 because 서 is the usage of conjunction
