The difference between "individual" and "personal"?
Can anyone explain the difference between the two? Are they interchangeable?

Individual:-
a single person or thing, especially when compared to the group or set to which they belong:
Example:-
Every individual has rights which must never be taken away.
Like many creative individuals, she can be very bad-tempered.
We try to treat our students as individuals.
Personal :-
relating or belonging to a single or particular person rather than to a group or an organization: Example:-
My personal opinion/view is that the students should be doing more work outside the classroom.
Her uncle takes a personal interest in her progress.
She has her own personal secretary/bodyguard/fitness instructor.
Passengers are reminded to take all their personal belongings with them when they leave the plane.
