Sometimes we start a sentence by writing "As such...", what does it mean actually?
and how do we use it? I know that there must be something associated with the last sentence, right?

As such when correctly used is like a way of mentioning the noun before it without saying it again. In other words it replaces it.
We were a bunch of rowdy, cocky teenagers, as such(as rowdy cocky teenagers), we often caused trouble.
The decision making was left up to a bunch of idiots, as such ( as a bunch of idiots), they ended up deciding by picking straws.
As such is often misused as a substitute for 'therefore'. using it in this way this is incorrect
