About 네줄서기
What does word 네줄서기 mean? 네줄 means "four rows" and 서기 is maybe nominalized form of 서다 so it would be "standing", but I can't see how they fit together. Standing in four rows??
네줄서기 is written in footstep pictures that are printed on the floor besides subway train platforms gates. I believe you are supposed to stand on these foot prints until the other people get out of the train and only after that you can go self in, so that there wont be so many "collisions". :) Is it so?

You are right in getting the meaning of them. first, 네줄 which means: four in a row. 네.....> means 4, 줄.....> means row.
서기.....> means standing. over all meanings are: stand 4 in a row.so, at the station right in front of where people alight they would have those sign in order to avoid congestion.
hope it helps!
