what does the sentence:"Keep looking.Don't settle." mean?
Is the same meaning with:"Keep exploring,Don't stop"?

Close. You are quoting Confucius in the second sentence. The idea is to continue on the road of life, even though we do not know where the road will take us. In the American vernacular, keep on truckin'.

In real life, we settle for less than our dreams.

This depends very much on the context.
To settle means to stop and start living or staying in one place.
However, "settle" in this case might be short for "settle for". If you settle for something, you accept the current situation or deal. "The football team settled for a tie."
So the sentence could mean "Keep exploring, don't stop." or it could mean "Keep looking for an answer. Don't accept the partial answer that you have now."
