Yo me gusta "tu/te" it depend. "Gustar" combines with the word after it.

You can say " Me gustas tú" if you want to remark "tú" like saying "between 2 or more girls, I like you". But if you only want to say " I like you" it's " Tú me gustas" or " Me gustas" ( rememeber in spanish we tend not to write many times the personal pronoum because you infer it from the verb conjugation)

you can say : tu me gustas. or me gustas tu. is the same thing.
