A tip is full of rubbish, right. As for book, well, that depends on the book. There's the Good Book, but then there a lots of bad books, too. Anything written by a religious leader can be deemd a bad book.

A "book" is written work that authors and writers think is very important to readers and Science while most readers think it is rubbish. Most of the books would more serve knowledge and science if not written. A "tip" is what editors pay to authors for a bestseller book. BTW, "stupid" is someone very earnest and honest who don't know, intend or pretend to be wise. :))))
