What's the meaning? " You kind of wanna be fully committed." Could you explain me please, what does the sentence mean? Why do you use here - kind of - ? Thank you for your answers in advance!

You kind of wanna be fully committed. or You kind of want to be fully committed. It means "In my opinion, to be successful at that task, you need to fully dedicate yourself to it and eliminate any thoughts of failure from your thinking." kind of - this is a term that is used to "soften" a statement. It is almost never necessary. Instead of saying to someone "You must do something." or "You had better to something." you can say "You kinda (or kind of) should so something." The person will know that you really think they should do it but you are "worried" about the emotional, physical or mental hardship that it will create.
