minisally is right.If u want to pay on TaoBaowith a bank card,u must go to bank and open a special  accout for paying on TaoBao.And the stuff  would tell you how to use it.Before you go to bank,dont forget bring your identity card.open a E-account  would be more convient.

have u open an E bank account? if you have transacted, the bank will give u a U-flash disk,, go to the website of the bank and download the control, after finishing installment, you can use the U disk to buy things online. 1. use aliwangwang to bit the product, if u haven't, download it first;2.thrust the u disk, and pay the product you bit just now, and input the password,then finish.
