Is there any Word in Hindi or Urdu called "aarse"? and what does it mean?

Well it is not very clear If u could provide me the source from where you heard this word I would be able to help you better.
But Yes in Urdu and Hindi we use the word (A'rsaa) - عرصہ
Meaning - Period, Time, Interval.
Eg. - Mujhey maa ko miley ek arsah ho gaya hai = It has been a while since I met mother.
Another common phrase involving Arsaa is
Arsaa Lagana - To Delay, or to take a long time
Eg.
Tumne tayaar hone mein arsaa laga diya - You took so long to get ready.
Another phrase is Arse Se - From a long time
Eg. Woh arse se beemar tha - He was ill from a long time.

Aarse is a Urdu word- For Eg: If you not met your cousin for a Long Time and then you suddendly meet her then you you would phrase it as
Hum dono bahut aarse ke baad mile.

aarse meaning: we use it in time for long time. if someone did not saw since longtime. we will call it like this, "aap bahut lambe aarse se nahi dikhai diye."
