Create difficuties or hindrance?
When someone is resentful of your success or hate you. they might do something secretly to make things difficult, getting you into trouble, spoiling your plan ect.
My sentence: Lily's immediate superior doesn't like her, he is always create difficulties and hindrances for her at work.
What would you say in this situation? the more examples would be highly appreciated, thanks

You could say "create difficulties", but not "create hindrance". The word hindrance itself can mean the act of hindering, so it sounds awkward to say "create hindrance". You could say her superior places obstacles in her path.

Hi Florence!
Also because of the tense of the sentence you would want to either say, "He always creates difficulties. . ." or "He is always creating difficulties. . .", which makes the sentence sound more natural.
