In Punjabi You Say

ਸਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ - Sat Shri Akaal - Punjabi Greeting 
ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੈ - Tuhada kee haal hai - How are you

(same for Male and Female)

ਸਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ - Sat Shri Akaal 
ਮੈਂ ਠੀਕ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਤੁੱਸੀ? - Main Thheek Haan te tussi? - I am fine and you.

If you are a Muslim then you don't have to say " Sat Shri Akaal." Just say "Assalam-o-alaikum".Because only Sikh (non muslims) use "  Sat Shri Akaal" as greeting
