Have you tried to write to customer support(for help here)?Did they answer? Why don't they answer, I'\ve got a serious request.

I've written to customer support once. I got an e-mail saying that they got my message, but I don't know that they did anything about it.

Yes I have about various problems. It took them 3 days to answer and I had to keep at them to get any clear answer.
