How many kinds of human position in English？ like sitting standing and so on
and how to describe it? e.g Standing is a position that the whole body is upright and supported by the legs.

There are just as many body positions in English as there are in Chinese, or in any other language!  The only difference is the word we use for, e.g., "to kneel."  I'm sure that a dictionary would solve your problem.
